"Decent warehouse options, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I do like that HobbyKing has different warehouse locations to choose from. It makes shipping easier, and if I pick the closer warehouse, my order usually shows up faster. That said, when I had a question about it, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped, which took away from an otherwise good experience.

My order showed up with the right items and the right quantities, and nothing was missing. that’s all I really needed because I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with calling someone or sorting out a replacement. Simple, but it worked out exactly how I hoped.

I ordered a few RC parts from Hobbyking and, yeah—actually, I ordered them not expecting anything fancy, just wanted them to show up on time. The tracking updated properly, and the parcel arrived on the day it was supposed to. The box was a bit rough-looking, but everything inside was fine. No drama at all, which was all I was hoping for.

I was having a rough time setting up an ESC I bought from HobbyKing and couldn’t tell if I’d messed up the settings or if the part was bad. I sent in a ticket and got a reply the next day with some steps to try, which made me feel a little less stuck. It took a couple of back-and-forth messages, so it wasn’t super speedy, but they did help me get it sorted in the end. Not perfect, but solid enough. 4 stars.

I got the receipt by email right after ordering, and the tracking emails were easy to follow the whole way. I could see where my order was, and it showed up when it was supposed to. No hassle at all, happy with HobbyKing on this one.

I actually like hobbyking because they’ve got such a big mix of RC parts and kits. Batteries, planes, tools, random spares… it’s all on one site, which makes browsing way easier when I’m not totally sure what I need yet. Handy place to shop

The site was really easy to use, honestly. I found what I needed without any hassle, the pages loaded fine, the buttons were obvious, the cart updated like it should, and checkout was smooth. My order arrived without any issues and the parts seem okay so far, though I’m still a little unsure how they’ll hold up over time. The main downside was the customs fee, which ended up being higher than I expected. Overall the service was fine, but I’d definitely recommend checking the import costs before ordering.

"Pretty good place for RC parts"
I’ve been browsing HobbyKing quite a bit lately, they’ve had most of the stuff I’ve needed in stock. Props, batteries, little hardware bits — the usual things I’m always hunting for. Some items do sell out fast, which can be annoying, but compared to a lot of other RC sites, I feel like they have better options and make it easier to get an order together. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid value if you’re into RC and don’t want to waste time checking five different stores...

"Decent for the Price"
The parts are definitely on the cheaper side, but the quality is decent enough for what I paid. I can’t really complain too much. I just wouldn’t expect much help from customer service if something goes wrong, so I’d go in knowing you’re probably on your own.

I have 2 items in my cart one item 20013687052 does not have an item against it so i reordered and paid- this needs removing. the other item 20013687006 did not appear either so i added again and paid for on a separate item. this needs removing also
